Discovery Pointe Corporate Park is the Port's newest 75-acre mixed-use economic development project. Located within the Portland/Vancouver Metro area, the property is at the NE quadrant of I-5 and Pioneer Street (Washington I-5 Exit 14). With incredible transportation and logistical advantages, it is just 25 miles from downtown Portland, 20 miles from Portland International Airport, within 30 miles of 4 deep-water shipping Ports and in very close proximity to numerous rail shipyards. Ridgefield Industrial Park
Ridgefield Industrial Park property is located at the SW quadrant of Junction of I-5 and Pioneer Street (Exit 14) in Ridgefield. This highly successful 75-acre development is fully served with city water, sewer and power, and fronts Pioneer Street and I-5. Lake River Industrial Park
41 Acres in downtown Ridgefield located along Lake River
The Lake River Industrial Park fronts Lake River from Mill Street to north of Division Street in downtown Ridgefield. Currently one tenant (Murphy Overseas) along with the Port's Administration Offices occupy the site. The site is the former location of Pacific Wood Treating (PWT) operations and is currently a brownfield redevelopement site. Many of the 41 acres were contaminated with toxic wood treating chemicals during the 30 years PWT operated the site as a pole-yard treatment facility and is now in the process of being cleaned under agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology. Cleanup is expected to take 6-8 years. The site is served with City water, sewer, power and gas. Inquiries welcome.
